Artist Description of Cow

This design is based on Rameses, the UNC mascot which, as alumni, is especially near and dear to our hearts. The building of Ramooses’ horns (out of coat hangers, copper wire, tape, fiberglass and Bondo) was quite the learning experience for a pair of mural painters.

Herd & Location

This cow is actually across this street from the Wells Fargo Bank on Franklin Street (on the campus side of the street). He is about 15 yards away from the Belt-Less Galloway Mechanicow.
